Whoever designed rivers absolutely knew what they were doing.
Because rivers flow.
They move.
They evolve.
Humans are probably supposed to function a little bit like that too.
This episode of The Strange Files spirals rivers, ponds, boundaries, scaffolding and the strange difference between healthy structure… and emotional stagnation.
Because somewhere along the way, a lot of humans accidentally became emotional ponds with WiFi and unresolved trauma.
Riverbanks becomes a reflection on:
- movement vs containment
- boundaries vs walls
- adaptation
- overextending
- emotional flooding
- survival structures
- and the temporary scaffolding we build around ourselves while trying to heal and rebuild underneath everything else.
Because maybe healthy structure was never supposed to imprison us.
Maybe it was supposed to support the flow.
